How long does it take to receive my personalized piece of jewelry?
Non-Customized Jewelry - Orders are shipped within 48hours and delivered within 6-10 working days. Customized Jewelry - Orders are shipped within 72 hours and delivered within 8-12 working days.
How can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, for custom orders, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once placed. Our team will process the order immediately.For non-custom orders, we may change or cancel the order if it has not been processed yet.If the order has not been processed yet, please contact us so that we can provide the address for you can change.

How can I track my order?
At Yavanajewel, all our packages come with a tracking number, so you always know where your order is! Once your package has been delivered, our logistics team will send you an email with the tracking number.Updating the tracking information may take up to 2-3 days after shipping.(Then click "Done" button).It will take 2-3 days after shipping to update the tracking information .
My courier order number doesn't work. What do i have to do?
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, all you have to do is wait for your order. Depending on the courier company, the code can be activated within 24-72 working hours (Monday to Friday), except during school holidays or special events (strikes, Covid-19, etc.).If your code has not been activated, contact us please within 3-5 days.
